In these terms, “Meteor Dash”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Meteor Dash LLC. “You” and “client” refer to any visitor, user, or business interacting with this site or engaging our services.

Meteor Dash LLC is a digital marketing, communication, advertising, and creative agency. Our core business services include:

• Digital advertising campaign management and media strategy (including Meta Ads, Google Ads, and digital media planning).
• Brand identity design, creative direction, graphic design, and audiovisual production.
• Website design, digital product development, and online marketing consulting.

Specific client projects, monthly marketing retainers, and media buying campaigns are governed by mutually agreed proposals, Statements of Work (SOW), or Service Agreements.

Fees for professional agency services are distinct from third-party advertising spend budgets. Dedicated ad spend funds are disbursed directly to advertising networks (such as Meta, Google) or allocated according to authorized campaign budgets.

We maintain clear, transparent financial and refund policies in accordance with professional LLC standards:

• Invoicing & Payment: Invoices are payable according to the terms stated in the project proposal or contract.
• Custom Deliverables: Due to the bespoke nature of creative design, strategy consulting, and campaign production, fees for completed milestones and commenced work are non-refundable.
• Monthly Retainers: Ongoing retainer engagements may be cancelled by either party with written notice (e.g. 30 days) prior to the next billing cycle.
• Third-Party Ad Spend: Unspent, prepaid advertising spend budgets remain the property of the client and will be reconciled, credited, or returned upon campaign completion.

All website content, branding, trademarks, code, copy, and designs on this site are the exclusive property of Meteor Dash LLC or licensed to us.

Upon full payment of all applicable project fees, clients receive full ownership or license rights to finalized, approved custom deliverables as defined in the applicable Service Agreement.

Client logos, trademarks, and third-party brands shown in case studies remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed for portfolio and reference purposes.

You may browse this website for informational and business enquiry purposes. You agree not to scrape, reverse engineer, disrupt the site infrastructure, or use our trademarks without prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Meteor Dash LLC and its officers, directors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of your use of this website or our online services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event, or one hundred US dollars ($100.00 USD), whichever is greater.

These terms and any disputes arising out of or related to your use of this website or our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without giving effect to conflict of law principles.

The state and federal courts located in the state and federal courts located in Albuquerque, New Mexico shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute or claim arising hereunder.
